Andy Malnoske is an American Emmy award-winning sports director who is currently working at WETM. He previously worked at WSTM-TV in Syracuse.

He is also a three-time Emmy nominee prior to being the first Emmy winner in Elmira, Corning, Ithaca television market history which has existed for over seventy years. Furthermore, he is also the first-ever Edward R. Murrow Award winner in Elmira’s broadcasting history for sports reporting.
While he was in New York, he was still able to work on “The Orange Zone,” which was a weekly take on Syracuse football and basketball, covered Washington Nationals minor league baseball and Tampa Bay Lightning affiliate hockey.
Horseheads is his native home. While serving as an anchor, he has been awarded a number of NYS AP Broadcast Awards for best photographer, anchor, and select feature stories, multiple Syracuse Press Club best story honors & Ithaca College’s young alumnus of the year.
He attended and graduated proudly from Ithaca College. In addition, he also attended Shippensburg University where he graduated with a master’s degree.
Furthermore, while he was in south-central Pennsylvania, he served as the voice of a number of Red Raider athletic teams. In addition, he also worked in the sports information office, assisted CBS Harrisburg, and created a documentary on the 1990 Shippensburg Little League National Champions, which is now in the Little League Baseball Museum archives.
